Introduction	I am 34 years old just discovering that I am a woman of many interests. It took me until a year ago to realize that I am someone. For all these years I have always did for others, that is what makes me the most happy, not realizing I could be twice as happy if I cared for myself also. Trying to find time to care for myself has been hard. I am a mom of 5 children ages ranging from 6 to 17. I am a married to a fantastic man. Along with several other titles.. daughter, sister friend, ...etc. On the other hand I am a full time Laborer in the construction industry working more than 40 hours a week. Trying to overcome the guilt of feeling selfish for taking time for myself. I have a goal in life, to be healthy when I have grandkids. To live a long and happy life...that means exercising and eating right.
