About me

Introduction After writing the poem "Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night," Dylan Thomas died for a while. Fifty years later, Robert Zimmerman took his name, becoming Bob Dylan. Dylan Thomas was alive again, if only in name. I listened to Bob Dylan's song "A Hard Rain's a' gonna fall", and because I loved the song so much, I learned everything I could about the singer. I learned he stole his name from a dead poet so the poet could go on living. I started writing-- I, too, wanted to go on living.
