| Introduction | Bio: Husband, father, civil engineer, technology geek. How'd the ThompsonTide.com come about? When our cousin, Michael Thompson became a professional golfer, we started emailng back and forth links to articles we found online about him. We'd scavenge the internet trying to determine where he was playing next and what he was up to. When we found something, we'd send out emails to all our family members with links to the various leaderboards. The emails grew old quick, so we decided to make a centralized location to store all the information we were gathering Roz paid the registration fees for thomsontide.com and I did all the postings. I recently transferred everything over to blogger.com, and once I discovered you could have other contributors email a posting and have it show up on the website, I enlisted Roz into becoming a contributor as well. He was already doing a lot of the research anyways, so it was a perfect fit. |
