IntroductionI understand the importance of a good strong supportive frame for the body. As a scoliosis sufferer myself, I am a yoga practioner and lift weights to maintain balance and strength. I completed many physical therapy treatments for my own chronic fascia and heel pain, and recovery after operations to correct the crooked bones in my feet.
