Introduction	Four years ago I committed to a dairy-free diet after struggling with digesting dairy as an infant, during childhood and as an adult; and have never felt better. I find many fun and healthy alternatives for cooking, buy local and organic, and eat clean by staying away from processed foods and ingredients that I can't pronounce. I enjoy getting back to the basics of nourishing traditions.
