| Introduction | I’m a nutritionist by training and have been working in the Agriculture industry for the past 8 years. I have learned a great deal about where our food comes from and how it is regulated. I have gained a deeper understanding of the challenges of food production faced by farmers and the value chain, and many of the misconceptions people have about it. I have always had a keen interest in health and nutrition and always imagined myself working in a career involving public health; I never imagined it would be in the agriculture industry. Given that most people today are very removed from farms and food production, I wanted to create a blog about many of the concerns that have been expressed to me from family and friends around modern agriculture. I’m very passionate about Agriculture and sharing the knowledge I have gained. I’m very conscious about providing safe and nutritious food to my family and helping people make informed decisions.
