| Introduction | Many people ask me, "Why did you choose to sell personal protection products?" "At 6'-1" you don't look like the type of person who would ever have to worry about being attacked." It is true that for many years, I was 6'-1" tall, 137 lbs. You would think I would not have had a problem, but I did. When I was in college I was badly beaten, raped, had my throat cut and left in a field to die. Prior to the age of 40, a burglar broke into my home then he began to stalk me. Later I lived with an abusive husband who attempted to poison and suffocate me. A few years ago, "I hit a wall." I felt run down and beat-up from fighting too many battles. When I got myself going again, I said, "I am not going to let someone else go through what I did." I sought out products to keep people safe. I decided to start "Personal Protection 4U, LLC with the business knowledge assistance of S.C.O.R.E. in Boca Raton, FL. It has been my passion to illustrate the world as a better place with my art. I have also rescued and rehabilitated many abused animals. I hope by offering my personal protection products that I will be able to create a better place for others to live in as well. |
