Introduction	Norbert graduated from Purdue University with an Agricultural Engineering degree in 1979, worked in Indianapolis for four years, and moved back to the Madison area to start his farm in 1984. Although Norbert grew up on a farm, the 29 years he has put into his own farm has certainly been a learning experience. Through reading countless books, grazing magazines, attending conferences and pasture walks, and serving on a number of several natural resource boards, Norbert is constantly working to improve the farm, its products, and the farming community around him.
