Introduction	First and foremost, I am a mother. I believe that is a job description as well as a relationship. Pregnancy, birth and mothering transformed my life. Frankly, I was a little lost before then. For the last decade I have helped mothers breastfeed as a volunteer breastfeeding counselor and educator. I am also a natural childbirth educator. My husband and I have been together twenty-five years and have two wonderful daughters together. We homeschooled both girls for six years; homeschooling turned out to be an amazing learning experience for all of us. The youngest still educates at home, while the oldest decided to spread her wings at a brick and mortar high school. I am passionate about natural birth and breastfeeding, health and well-being, and most of all, love and connection.
