Introduction	I am a Father of 2 girls aged 10 and 16, this is my comments of my daily challenge of being an effective working Father and trying to lose weight! Being a Dad is great but sometimes it can be tough, balancing that with being the bread winner is testing. I seem to be on a permanent non effective diet, i have taken to running and i absolutly love it. I am currently training to run the London Marathon in April 2010 in aid of Barnodos.
Interests	Running, Rugby League, Football, ok all sport. Xbox - Mainly Call of Duty. Suppose i should put family!
