Introduction What is there to say? I spend far to much time occupying myself with goofy history oriented projects that most would deem eccentric....and then some. If I had to describe myself in one sentence, it would be "A purveyor of the historically obscure and the factually trivial." That pretty much sums it up! Have a question about someone posted here? Want to comment or contribute something? If so than be sure to visit the Strangest Names In American Political History Facebook page via the link above. Don't forget to "like" us on Facebook!! I'd also like to mention that all of the writing on the individuals contained herein comes from my own hand, while the facts and the pictures of the various political figures have been gathered from a variety of sources. I try to be as thorough as I can in regards to the research I've done, and try to mention any and all sources that have helped in my gathering the information, including old archived newspapers, state registers, Blue Books, state and county histories, etc. Please note that the attribution for the writing/articles here is (©) The Strangest Names In American Political History: Some Rights Reserved.
