| Introduction | I am a 30 something, full-time stay-at-home mom to 2 wonderful boys (Zachary, 4 & Jacob 2). I have the most wonderfully supportive husband, Jeff; we also have Chelsea, a black lab. I am an early morning runner so as not to interfere with our family life (too much). I started running to lose weight, now 50 pounds lighter, 2 years later, I love it! |
