Introduction	Ken Davis, PT, MPH is Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Health Information Management and Sr. Coordinator for Advising and Recruitment for the School of Allied Health at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in 1976 from the University of Illinois – Chicago in Physical Therapy and Masters in Public Health in 1999 from the University of Kansas Medical Center. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City Kansas Rotary Club, Cancer Action, the Community Health Charities of Kansas and Missouri, and REACH Healthcare Foundation. Ken has over 35 years of professional experience in health care, administration and education. He has been active in the Kansas City community since 1991. He has served on a number of regional government agencies and non-profit organizations during his career. He spent his formative years in Brazil, where his parents were Methodist missionaries. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. He and his wife, Dr. Cheryl Carpenter-Davis, live in Mission, KS.
