Introduction I label myself a recovering technogeek turned writer. According to my parents, I was born to be an engineer. According to my mom, my fate was sealed when at about three years of age I took it upon myself to "fix" something that was broken. Eighteen years later I got my bachelor of science in electrical engineering. I worked mostly in computer sciences until I was forced to retire when I found my second career--writing. I still love technology, but now it's secondary to my writing. My writing career started when I read a book about Richard III that completely challenged everything I thought I knew about that medieval monarch. That book, ‘The Sunne in Splendour’ by Sharon Kay Penman inspired me to read more. The next book I read was ‘Richard the Third’ by Paul Murray Kendall. From there I started writing and joining online groups and societies that could help me learn about Richard III and how to write. 'This Time' is my first book about Richard III.
