Introduction	Hi and welcome to my page! This is a new spot for me and a work in progress as I stumble along in getting things all arranged and set up. What you'll find here is some postings from my past that are in the archive section.(I'm working on getting them there!) These writings are from my a couple of sites that I used to post on. The new stuff? It will rarely follow any particular line of thinking or topic. I'll post up recipes I've come across - usually healthy. There will be times I go into personal trainer mode and badger you about exercise and fitness.
