Introduction	A pioneer woman and gentlewoman farmer at heart. Once upon a time I canned fruit pie fillings, made vegetarian soap from herbs and flowers I grew, baked pies from sugar pumpkins from the garden, created cards from my own handmade paper and so on. My creativity is transferred to travel and food. Learning about a culture through their daily ritual of meal planning, by what's ripening in the the garden, visiting the butcher or fish monger, bakery, and farmers market is what excites me most about traveling to a new place. Cooking with creativity and tradition, connecting over a lovingly prepared meal for family and friends. In Marrakech, a famed astrologer now dear friend and confidante drew my cards: World Traveler, Brotherhood & Friendship, Family, & Love. Happily those themes continue to be my life!
