Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Ah, this question seemed so personal and accusatory at first because I really don't wear scarves. I was like, "How did it know?!" Haha, anyway, the neck/collarbone is a good way to show some skin without being too va-va-voom.
