| Introduction | I love cooking, baking, and generally taking over the kitchen. I bake cupcakes for a living, but rarely eat them! They're delicious, but my waistline couldn't handle that many! I'm on a "weight loss journey", which sometimes keeps moving, and is sometimes stagnant(and sometimes goes backwards, but we don't like to talk about that). I've lost about 50 lbs so far, and have another 50 or so to go. I'm attempting to do this by eating whole, organic, local foods, with a little bit of meat and fish (but avoid most dairy - bi-rite creamery excepted) |
