| Introduction | I am a wife and a mother to a little boy who keeps me very busy. Since the birth of my son my life has changed rather dramatically. What once was a suit wearing, determined, career/self-focused woman is now replaced by a yoga pant wearing, flexible Mommy who seems to never come first! And to top it all off we moved to a different country, away from all of our family and friends. Naturally, with these changes has come some difficult times, but it has also offered up opportunity for me to explore a different side of myself.
