Introduction	One of the first "toys" I can remember playing with was a spatula. They were amazing because not only could you get ever drop of frosting out of a bowl with them but they doubled as drumsticks! I baked my first batch of cookies at the age of 4 with my then 13 year old brother. They were called Cookie Monster Cookies & the recipe came from a Sesame Street book my parents bought me. Everyone in my household were such great cooks. So much so that the holidays were like main attactions that our relatives would come to indulge in. I can remember family asking me, "Did your Momma make a coconut cake." The answer was always yes. Her cake is so good that I don't remember any other family member making one for a family gathering. I have always loved the way that a good meal with great company felt. Now I enjoy being the person that gives that feeling of comfort and love to my family and friends.
