Granted Real Estate is not booming as it was in 2006-2007, however, people are buying and selling; investors and first time home buyers have opportunities to capitalize on. Property values are down, interest rates are low and lots of invetory, whether it be a Short Sale, Foreclosure, REO, HUD or regular resale or new construction, buyers have their pick as long as they can qualify.
