| Introduction | 10 Things About Me 1. I have worn aqua contacts since I was 12. 2. There was a nuclear accident within a few miles of my hometown a month before I was born. I think this explains an awful lot about me. ;) 3. I used to shoot exclusively with Nikon gear, but now I'm all Canon, all the time. 4. The scar under my left eye is from when I fell off a lime green dinosaur while trying to get my picture taken at South of the Border, the tourist trap on 1-95. I was 22. 5. I've fallen in love three times in my life. I'm 29. I'm really freakin' lucky. 6. I backpacked though Europe when I was 19, but I used a suitcase, not a backpack. I did the whole Eurail / hostel thing, but no one says, “I suitcased through Europe.” It’s just easier to say I backpacked. 7. I met Pope John Paul II as a direct result of winning a fundraising raffle. 8. I have actually slipped on a banana peel. Who DOES that?!? I mean, really. 9. I am comfortable driving in Times Square during rush hour. Sometimes I see people looking very distressed and frantically waving their arms, and I instinctively want to pull over and ask if they’re okay. Then I invariably realize they’re trying to hail cabs. |
