| Introduction | I'm Bhawna, writer of this food blog and welcome to Bhawna's vegetarian cooking world. My cooking journey route is starts from Rajasthan, then Gujarat, and finally to USA. Before marriage I knew only the basic cooking but I always enjoy cooking. I have learned basic cooking from my Mom, she is an awesome cook. I always prefer to do cooking whenever homework is assigned to me and younger sister(Taru) by my Mom. As I am from Rajasthan so I know the basics of Rajasthani cuisine and I love to make Dal Bati churma and being a Rajasthani spice level in my food is bit higher.In Jan 2013 I came to USA -" Land of different cuisines". Here I have nothing much to do. So with so much free time, easy availability if any ingredients and food lover husband I developed interest in cooking. I, after successful cooking and baking experiments my husband encouraged to me to start blogging. So now I convert my cooking and baking experiences in writing. I hope you like my experiments.
