| Introduction | I love eating and preparing raw food, although I'm not a raw foodist. I am a certified raw food chef and an Alissa Cohen Living on Live food teacher. I also love yoga, dance, hiking, walking, animals, and nature. I have 4 furry children (2 cats, 2 dogs), 1 furry husband (unfortunately, current laws don't allow me to have more than 1 right now). I am a student of Shamanism, meta-physics, and energy work. I am interested in psychology, the inner workings of the mind, and its growth and development. I believe these two seemingly different schools of thought (energy and psychology) are necessary to grow and develop as Spiritual Beings having this Human experience. And when those two don't work...there's always food :) |
