| Introduction | I'm a mom of two teenagers and a very active toddler. My husband buys cheap houses for a living, fixes them up and rents them out. We own a 3500 square foot historical home that we bought for less than the price of a new car. We do things the best and cheapest way. We love getting more for less. We always think outside the box when it comes to spending our hard earned money. Whether it's food, clothes, real estate, or travel, we always look for the best deal. In September, we bought $400 round trip tickets to Lima, Peru so we could skip out on the winter months of Michigan. This was the best deal of 2013 by far.
