|Introduction||Hi! My name is Kristen and I was born and raised in Raytown, MO. A suburb of Kansas City, that is cozy, tight-knit, diverse, and awesome. I am married to my high-school sweetheart (gag, right?) and have two independent, vibrant daughters. I have a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, which I used as an early childhood teacher, and then again, as a stay at home mom. I am a certified REFIT® instructor and a certified substitute teacher, so I do both of those things, while maintaining our home and scheduling our lives. I also love reading and probably would get more sleep if I didn't. I practice yoga, though, not as frequently as I wish too. I am deeply spiritual and was raised always knowing and trusting in my relationship with the Divine, and desiring to love in rad and radical ways like Jesus Christ. I am thankful for the many pastors and leaders over the years that have influenced and taught me, and I am thankful that my faith practices and spiritual beliefs continue to evolve. I am an optimist who tries every day to choose joy, but am not an expert in that field.|

Which do you prefer and why: whittling with soap or whistling with wood?
Definitely whittling with soap. Whistling with wood involves too many splinters.
