| Introduction | Hello and welcome to my blog, where I will be telling you all of my favourite places to eat as a vegetarian in and around Glasgow! For those who don't know me I am Nicki, an International Business Student studying marketing at the University of Strathclyde. I have created this blog as part of an assignment and was asked to write about anything that interests me. I consider myself an absolute foodie so for this reason I choose to write about my favourite places to eat as a vegetarian in Glasgow. In previous years it has been difficult as a vegetarian to find exceptional places to eat (especially from where I am originally from, Inverness in the Highlands, where the options can often be very limited in restaurants and cafes). Since moving to Glasgow for university I have been able to experience the very vast cafes, restaurants and bars that serve incredible vegetarian and vegan food and I am here to share them with you.
