| Introduction | Where to begin?......well it is not too exciting lol. I am a middle aged woman trying to ward off the aging process as long as I can by staying active both physically and mentally. Card making, scrapbooking and triathlons are my recipe of choice at this moment :) I hope to inspire some of you to keep active by just trying a mini triathlon....SERIOUSLY if I can do it...ANYONE can! I was in the knitting club in highschool :),...NO sports until after the birth of my daughter 17 years ago. Card making and scrapbooking are my other passions in life...it is through them that I have found the most wonderful friends, and found so much joy in my life. |
