Introduction I am a SAHM of 2 wonderful little boys ages 2 and 1. Yes, they are only 9 months apart! I am also a Team BeachBody Coach. I gained so much weight during my pregnancy and have especially with the pregnancies being back to back. It wasn't until I started taking Shakeology that I saw a difference in my Plateau!
