| Introduction | I am an experienced professional in corporate responsibility strategy and impact measurement, global public-private partnership development, social business development, and stakeholder engagement. I worked at Merck & Co., Inc., for more than 20 years, serving in a variety of roles. As a Director in the company’s Global Marketing department, I worked to expand access to family planning products in low- and middle-income markets by partnering with global and bi-lateral donors, social marketing organizations, technical partners and advocacy organizations. Prior to this, I served in the company’s Office of Corporate Responsibility where I oversaw corporate responsibility reporting, engagement with socially responsible investors, and work on access to medicines and human rights. I also held positions in Merck's Latin American division and in corporate communications. Prior to Merck, I worked at Anderson Consulting. I am a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University with a double-major in African Studies. I currently consult on corporate responsibility and global health issues. |
