Introduction Matt Saldaña is a student at Boston University School of Law and a freelance reporter whose publications include WSJ.com and Reuters. Previously, he was a staff writer at the Independent Weekly in Durham, N.C., and a reporter and editor at the Jackson Free Press in Jackson, Miss. In 2008, he shared a first-place award in public service from the Association of Alternative Newsweeklies, for his coverage of the federal kidnapping trial of former Klansman James Ford Seale.
