I spent the day in the kitchen, concocting a menu for 50 people (and yes, I cooked absolutely everything :) I was quite happy to see that my quantities were on the spot, we had some leftovers of course, but not that many.. So when I was looking through the fridge \u0026amp;amp; freezer yesterday, the main items that remained were cheese and lots of bread.. So Phiras and I decided to make something like a pizza, which was just incredibly delicious! The thing is, if you really want the perfect pizza dough, you have to let it rest and rise for at least 3 hours.. But I was starving and just couldn’t wait that long, and only had mature cheddar in the fridge.. So I took a short cut, and made a puff pastry pizza.. It's not an authentic Italian one, but it tastes lovely anyways and does the job giving you your pizza-ish fix..
