Si la olla es rápida 10 minutos y si es normal 20 minutos aproximadamente, todo esto depende del tamaño del pulpo y del tipo de olla que tengamos, una vez qué esté cocido, lo dejamos enfriar en el mismo recipiente con el agua. Se emulsiona con las varillas: el vinagre, aceite y sal, a continuación añadimos las verduras y se vuelve a emulsionar con las varillas.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eVINAGRETA DE TINTA DE CALAMAR\u003c/b\u003e: 1 parte de vinagre de manzana, dos parte de aceite de oliva, sal, 1 huevo, y tinta de calamar.
