Majestic Malacca），雖然對酒店和運河留下深刻的映象，但礙於行程的安排，無法把馬六甲景點看完。還好今年跟上馬航大特賣，讓筆者在前往印尼峇厘島、雅加達的行程中可以透過馬航免費的中轉停留服務，再次探訪這個美麗紅色城市。\u003cbr /\u003e\n\u003cbr /\u003e\n\u003ca center;\"\u003e大廳\u003c/td\u003e\u003c/tr\u003e\n\u003c/tbody\u003e\u003c/table\u003e\n這間Novotel位置很好，離景點和主要娛樂區域不遠，都是步行可以到達。但讓筆者相當不解的是，這間Novotel整體服務卻是差的讓人傻眼，從一開始的入住，前台處理一組客人CI可以長達二十分鐘，也不提供白金會員到行政酒廊辦理入住。\u003cbr /\u003e\n\u003cbr /\u003e\n入住時服務人員表示會給會員提供歡迎果盤，但在入住期間筆者曾有打電話到客服詢問和到一樓跟值班人員反應，直到CO始終沒有看到果盤。一入住在房間地板就有看到乾掉的果核，直到第二天Hosue Keeping還是沒有清掉，被單上面有像血跡的污漬，請服務人員來處理，三催四請，等了一個多小時才有人前來處理。\u003cbr /\u003e\n\u003cbr
