When my Dad was alive he remarried and his new wife valued quality gifts over quantity gifts. That lesson has stuck with me being a parent. Play value in my opinion is the time a child will spend with the toy AND what the child will get out of the toy. There are many toys my kids have received that they glance at once, thrown in a pile and never pick up again. I also do not like toys that tell the child how to play with them, ie toys that only have one way to be played with and involve lots of button pushing. First off the crayons are all all wrapped in black wrappers, for the Star Wars theme. Next the colors in the box are not the same. \u0026nbsp;They even have a few retired colors in the boxes. \u0026nbsp;And next the coolest thing that I think is out there, is the GLITTER CRAYONS ARE NAMED. It drives me absolutely nuts when Crayola does not name their crayons. \u0026nbsp;They haven't named their glitter crayons in years, and there appears to be some new glitter names on these crayons. \u0026nbsp;The other crayons that were added to the box can be found in the True Blue Heroes boxes, which has not been around for forever and the Metallic FX crayons, which are still included in the Ultimate Crayon collection, but not sold separately. The other cool thing about these crayons is the box design. \u0026nbsp;The front features part of the face of the character and the side completes that picture. \u0026nbsp;On the back is one of my favorite things about this box design. \u0026nbsp;They put all the crayon names in the Star Wars opening credits style. \u0026nbsp;Crayola hardly ever puts the names of crayons on big crayon boxes. \u0026nbsp;This was a definite rarity. \u003cbr /\u003e\n\u003cbr /\u003e\nI suspect these boxes will be highly collectible for a couple reasons. They are not sold at all stores. \u0026nbsp;Target did not have these and I bought them at Kohl's online. (Which I'm not too happy with Kohl's because the sticker they put on the back does not come off without tearing the box). And other crayons/Star Wars Crayola merchandise was at Target, but it was literally in the back corner of the store on the bottom shelf of the crayon area on the shelf facing the wall, where people would not see it easily. \u0026nbsp;The Bendon books crayons, which typically make dollar books for Crayola were above them. \u0026nbsp;They were hiding. I bought those things too and will be posting about them soon.\u003cbr /\u003e\n\u003cbr /\u003e\nThe only other thing is one of these crayons came damaged. \u0026nbsp;I plan on emailing Crayola and hopefully they can send me a replacement crayon.
