This year I attended Creativation and I was SUPER excited to meet with Newell brands, ie they are the company that makes Sharpie, Prismacolor, Elmer's, Paper Mate products etc. At Creativation I learned that Sharpie would be releasing a 65 count Fine Line Marker with all the Core Colors, i.e. the ones that have the alcohol as an ink base.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAlcohol based markers can be used in so many ways! The colors can be blended by touching the tips and blending on the paper. They can also be used to make gradients. Sharpie has been making their markers for a number of years and have branched out from the alcohol marker line over the years. This branch off is the Sharpie S-Note Creative Marker. What does it compare to? I also have the Mildliners and did the swatch charts at the same time. There are names for the S-Notes. I found them by going on Sharpie.com and clicking on all the S-Note colors. I was able to match up all the names and now there is a chart here for reference. The Mildliner has two tips, the Sharpie S-Note has one, but honestly this was not a deal breaker for me because both are chisel tip and it is super easy to write thin lines by turning the marker point.
