Why? Because it is the one I use the most. Take Note! has been around since 2018. \u003ca href\u003d\"http://www.jennyscrayoncollection.com/2018/08/crayola-take-note-review-and-giveaway.html\"\u003eThat year they introduced gel pens and erasable highlighters.\u003c/a\u003e\u0026nbsp;The next year in 2019 Crayola introduced \u003ca href\u003d\"https://www.jennyscrayoncollection.com/2019/07/2019-crayola-take-note-review-felt-tip.html\" target\u003d\"_blank\"\u003eFelt-Tip Pens, Highlighter Pens, Dry-Erase markers and Permanent Markers\u003c/a\u003e. My favorite was the Highlighter pens. I use these in my planner and to plan lessons, highlighting with one end and writing with the other. Sometimes in my planner I will write and highlight times and appointments. This year in 2020 Crayola has expanded even more introducing; Color Changing Pens, Erasable Highlighters Pastel Party, Fine Line Dry-Erase Markers and Glitter Highlighters. The color changing pens are dual ended.\u003c/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u003c/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003eI am so excited for the expansion of this line! I think I'm most excited for the Glitter Highlighters. One of the things I am most excited for is they named their colors! And they even put the names on the markers. Except the highlighter pens, because there was two colors in one. I wish they had it is hard to tell which one is which on the back label. On a side note Crayola was excited about the fun names, but I do not know if they were really necessary. I think mostly older people will use these and for me I will probably end up calling the by green, pink etc. It is easier for my brain. But I am just glad they are named.\u003cbr /\u003e\n\u003cbr /\u003e\nThe Dry-Erase markers are really neat too. They have an ink level indicator and erase a lot better than the \u003ca href\u003d\"http://www.jennyscrayoncollection.com/2016/01/crayola-washable-dryerase-markers.html\" target\u003d\"_blank\"\u003eold dry-erase markers from Crayola.\u003c/a\u003e There are more colors than what is shown here, in a 12 count. I will show them to you later this year. I love the color variety the permanent markers come in, they come in 12 and 24 markers. They can be used for coloring, marking, drawing on any surface etc. I did not try out the felt tip markers, but am excited to later this year. I did notice they do not come in as many colors. Hopefully that will change because one thing I know is teachers love felt tip pens and they love color variety. I am so excited for all these new products from Crayola and I hope they stick around forever. I still use my Take Note! These pencils came out in 2011. I was very excited to see how they would work. \u0026nbsp;But when I opened the package I saw that they were not sharpened. \u0026nbsp;I do not want to sharpen them so maybe I will have to get another box. \u0026nbsp;The patent is actually one for thin crayons. \u0026nbsp;I wonder if this is a combination of colored pencil casing and the inside is a thin crayon. They also have a 98 style code, not marker and not crayon. The 12 count package comes with a lot of fun colors. I have not honestly found a huge difference between these and the washable markers.
