Been stalking their Instagram page since I can't remember the date anymore.. And so when we decided to visit Marian Orchard, I also included this place on our stop for the day. Guys, this is a must! It's \u003cb\u003eso cool!\u003c/b\u003e Yup, cool is how I describe it. At first glance, you wouldn't think this is something I see in their IG page.. but when we enter the place, lo and behold! It was sooo \u003cb\u003e~dreamyyyy~.\u003c/b\u003e Dream catchers everywhere, upcycled and recycled interiors, chill soundtrip, and cool set up of tables and chairs. There's a wow factor when we went inside. Talk about a cool bed and breakfast place. I haven't been in their Tagaytay branch so I don't know which one is better but basing it on the reviews I read online, I think it's quite a good place to visit too. Plus it is open freaking 24 hours!!! Tagaytay in the middle of the night? I don't what does the art set include but it sounds like a good deal. For me, the only turn down in their food is that most of the stuff we want to order is not available upon our visit. And the serving time of some of the dishes are quite long. Eighteen is a special number for the family, hence the name, Eighteen Bistro. And to make it more eighteen-ish, the seating capacity of the place is 18 and their menu consists of 18 dishes. In my perspective, Eighteen Bistro could be your next Tita's of Manila hangout spot because it just got the ambiance of chill and sophistication at the same time. The place gets also reserved for family dinners and such, which means that the place is known for good food and family vibe. And I agree with it, if I were to organize a family dinner, I would gladly consider this place. And this being said, I'm sure this place wouldn't disappoint you with the food. I am trying to stay away from pork but their Roasted Pork Belly is so hard to resist. I would say the place is perfect for al fresco dining but if you want to be seated in an air-conditioned room, they also have a place for you. We tried using it, but it gave no difference. Servers didn't notice it and some of them would purposely not look at our way when we try to get their attention. Even when getting the bill and waiting for the change, we waited for more than 10 minutes just for the change. This affects the number of people waiting to be seated too. Instead of people leaving the place right after paying and receiving the change in a short amount of time, what happens is we sit there for an additional 10 more minutes. It seems everything in here was customized according to the theme of the place. I couldn't find anything out of place except maybe the size of the place because the place gets full and has a long waiting list in just minutes after it opened. Lucky me and my boyfriend, they still have an empty table to accommodate us. The neighborhood isn't like Maginhawa.. and though it's just near Maginhawa, the place is kinda different. There's a big parking space because apparently, people come here to try their 12 inches Mighty Ton burger. There's a long waiting list and luckily, we're 6th on the line. If I'm not mistaken, when me and the boyfriend tried Casa Verde (which btw also has a long waiting list), we were quite confused with it's theme because Casa Verde sound like Filipino -ish while the interiors is like a diner we see in \u0026nbsp;movies in an American setting. The food there was quite cheap too and serving is generous.. but w'e're not really impressed with the taste of the food. The another addition to the booming food parks around and outside the metro. And being me that always wants to try out new food scenes, me and the boyf braved the Sunday rain to try and see what's the fuss about this food park and how is it different from the others we've tried.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/div\u003e\n\u003ca name\u003d'more'\u003e\u003c/a\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\n\u003cdiv class\u003d\"separator\" style\u003d\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"\u003e\n\u003cbr /\u003e\u003c/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class\u003d\"separator\" style\u003d\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"\u003e\nFor starters, and for those who're not aware of its existence, The Yard is I think one of biggest food parks I've tried. Its design is made up of shipping containers and has over 30 food stalls to choose from. Most of these are new and are already on the rage over social media. But yeah, I won't be able to write down all the food choices here because apparently I don't have the appetite to try all the food stands in one visit. But I'll try to update this post whenever we try something new in The Yard. HAHA. There are limited parking spaces outside. So if you're going here by driving your own car, better prepare for finding a parking space. Upon going inside, the place is already jam packed and given that it's raining, I didn't expect it to be so crowded.. so if it's this crowded during rainy days, what more on normal days? There are a lot of tables but if not drenched in the rain, it is already occupied. So it was already a challenge to find a spot especially if you're in a big group. So this is kinda challenging as well because what I noticed is the food stalls serve its food for a minimum of 30 minutes! And I'm not exaggerating that. Maybe because there are a lot of customers. But hey, I think they should be prepared enough to cater these number of people. I also wasn't able to take photos of the food a la flat lay because we then have to wait for all the food to be served.. and it means waiting for almost an hour with some of the food already cooling up and has sparkled rain water. LOL. I think that's one main valid point, right?
