Eighteen is a special number for the family, hence the name, Eighteen Bistro. And to make it more eighteen-ish, the seating capacity of the place is 18 and their menu consists of 18 dishes. In my perspective, Eighteen Bistro could be your next Tita's of Manila hangout spot because it just got the ambiance of chill and sophistication at the same time. The place gets also reserved for family dinners and such, which means that the place is known for good food and family vibe. And I agree with it, if I were to organize a family dinner, I would gladly consider this place. Food choices are quite normal but the taste greatly differs from the other restaurants I've tried. You would know then and there that it's prepared meticulously and with high quality. And this being said, I'm sure this place wouldn't disappoint you with the food. I am trying to stay away from pork but their Roasted Pork Belly is so hard to resist.
