Bueno, casi sí pero por precipitación. \u003cb\u003eRecapitulemos\u003c/b\u003e: Comencé la primera semana del mes de adaptación y tuve que parar al poco por empezar de golpe con todas las rondas cuando el cuerpo no estaba preparado. No os asustéis, no significa que sea imposible, simplemente en muchos casos como el mío que no tengo ya 20 años requiere empezar poco a poco y muy progresivamente.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/span\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\n\u003cspan style\u003d\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u003c/span\u003e\n\u003cspan style\u003d\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"\u003ePara los que estéis en mi caso (no os fiéis, yo estaba relativamente en forma, o eso creía -corría, bicicleta, tenis...- tuve que parar y empezar con la mitad de repeticiones de cada ronda), haced eso: durante la primera semana del mes de adaptación haz la mitad como mucho y si tienes fuerza en los días de descanso haz carrera, natación o bici para ganar resistencia.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/span\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\n\u003cspan style\u003d\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u003c/span\u003e\n\u003cspan style\u003d\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"\u003ePues cruzamos esa línea, continuamos durante agosto con el mes de adaptación completo y los resultados son espectaculares y tal y como apuntan y muestran los usuarios en blogs o vídeos. Sin casi darte cuenta, con mucho sudor y esfuerzo, eso sí, irás bajando los tiempos y te sentirás más fuerte, flexible y con más fondo.
