I celebrated my New Years with my closet love ones and we had a ball. I wanted to go with nothing but SPARKLE so I picked up some sequin shorts from Charlotte Russe also with a nice half cropped polka dot top.\u0026nbsp;The\u0026nbsp;sequin shorts and cropped top gave me some sex appeal to the outfit which I wanted.\u0026nbsp;With the shorts and polka top I paired it with my block spiked black heels and some dangling spiked out earrings.
