NHRC for NRI in 498a said...

Hello, I want to know, how can NRI get help from NHRC in a false 498a IPC related FIR filed by his wife on vague allegations and after thoughts.

Can a NRI husband (Non Resident Indian Husband) enforce his Human Rights and what are the basic human rights of a NRI/ Foreign Citizenship holder Indian from USA/ Canada in a fake legal case/ litigation filed by his disgruntled wife for legal extortion.
