I graduated in 1983. During my 4 years Delaware, along with 3 other states, was cited by the U.S. Justice Department for having "racially identifiable" schools. The University of Delaware was 97% white, while downstate's Delaware State College was 97% black.
UD has since lowered it's standards in the name of "diversity".
I think this video is old. This really hit the fan a few years back and the alumni threatened to withhold contributions so UD backed down.
