Oscar, does it? From my understanding, the .35V output speaks of some broken part inside the schematics. People say, in this case the probable problems are with the U3 chip - which is TLV3402 comparator, or the next possible problem - with synchronous rectifier TEA1791 (this refers to 60W charger)
