Yeah, I noted the weasel words, and if I thought they were actually going to go through with it and fix the range/payload requirements (medium range/medium payload? Riiiiight) that have been circulating on the 2018 Bomber I would have viewed this development more positively. All he would have had to say was he was having the new Global Strike Command (what there is of it at this time anyway)look at their needs and I would have been more optimistic. However, I believe they are using this more as an excuse to yet again do nothing: 'Paralysis from analysis' as a cover for the ever-popular 'Avoidance' coping tool. I'll shoot you an e-mail on some other thoughts that I didn't want to bring up in public as well.
