Take a look at the X-47B and imagine it a lot larger with a cockpit and that could be Northup/Grumman's candidate. Add the stealth design from the B-2 and the technology developed for the F-22/35 and you have the B-3.
The one that is 20 years down the road would be the 'B-4/SR-72' hypersonic bomber.
