How come we don't see this kind of harassment of open-carry in the 'hood?
Oh yeah, thugs don't. They conceal without permission right up until the second they blast someone, then they conceal again as they run.
By definition, it's a lot safer to lean on people who are obeying the law as they assert their rights and to whom the idea of INITIATING violence is unthinkable.
These cowardly bullies have blown away people for reaching to pull up their falling pants, toothbrush in hand, as they interrogate them after interrupting them getting dressed for work.
It's like they're LOOKING for an excuse.
