He is apparently a professor of constitutional law at Harvard, of a liberal bent to be sure, but not above ignoring actual constitutional principals, or even calling Democrats out on their hypocrisies. (Another of his Bloomberg columns is headlined, "Liberals, you used to like dark money," and there are a few others). His last name was evocative, but I could find no obvious relationship to our favorite quisling ex-NRA/ASSC lobbyist.
