Among the oddities and absurdities of this bill is the banning of rifles and pistols with "fixed" magazines holding more than 12 rounds. Honestly, I find it difficult to think of any examples. Even the M1 Garand holds only eight. Arizona has a bill pending with similar language, but the limit is only 10. The bills are so similarly worded that I detect the hand of Mini-Mike Bloomturd.
