In a day and age when a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich it seems questionable that this killer couldn't be true-billed.
He wasn't even a cop when he hit that kid. Just a speeding pendejo and a killer. If he had been a cop, he would have had his warning equipment blaring and flashing, he didn't. So he was just another criminal speeder and he killed someone.
I'm with Zach on this. He wouldn't need to eat his gun, I would feed him one were that my child and all he got was a day to mow his lawn.
